"Oh the Things You Can Think"...

Got that right.
"Oh the things you can think, oh the things you can think! If you're willing to try."
Dr. Seuss was like an inspiration to all the writers out there.
Or dreamers (Oh gosh I don't even have to try).
Or artists.
Or designers.
Or just plain weird people.
I proudly inform you I can be put in the all of those categories, especially the last.
Ever had a dream that you thought was completely logical while you're asleep, but when you wake up you go "WTF? How much sugar did I have last night?!" and leads you to think you actually do belong in a mental institute?
Yeah, well...I've got plenty of those.
For instance, last night.
I dreamed I was in Denver (I've never been to Denver in my life...take note of that). And we were going to see the mountains. At first, they looked pretty dang realistic. Normal.
...And then we got to climbing them.
They were so close together! And each one was different. The first one happened to be an easy to climb one, not very high, and when I sat at the top it felt like a hill to be. Not a mountain AT ALL....it was a hill.
The next one was "Mt."....now I can't remember. It wasn't Pike's Peak it was....ah whatever. But it was a REAL MOUNTAIN....hopefully.
And it's a higher one (I think it's supposed to be like 14 miles up or something but it was not very tall in my dream at all. Like barley higher than the other ones), but it was too high so we skipped it.
And then there's the 3rd one...the 3rd one was pink and purple, I believe. All over. That was my favorite mountain. I thought it was so cool! ...and very real. (What goes on in our minds when we're asleep?!)
They went on and got crazier and crazier, like either the 4th or 5th had ribbon, like, going down the sides, and I remember someone telling me they made clothes on it.
Of course, I believed every word of it.
The mountains up close weren't really mountains, they looked like odd, huge triangles. Whatever.
And yeah, that's as detailed as I can go really. Ever notice how quickly you can forget your dreams? Even though they happen within the past 24 hours.
But then there's also the ones that for some reason stick in your head and you bring up when you're late into the night at a friends' house sharing dreams.
One time, long time ago when I still believed in Santa, I had a dream where I was at our local pool. And i WANTED to get to Santa. And he led me through all these obstacle courses or something, ice stuff, in the pool during Summer. Yes, I had met Santa at the pool. It's kinda distance now but I still remember bits and pieces.
And then there's those nightmares. Ever had a nightmare more then once that kept coming back and finally you hung a dream catcher above you to see if it worked? (I think it might've...)
But again, I was little. And scared out of my wits.
I was in this wooden shack with a bunch of soldiers with guns. There were bullet holes in the walls and people were shooting at us.
That scared me. Really bad.
Now, I haven't had that dream in a long time.Heck, I don't really have nightmares that much, except for the occasional one here and there. But hey, if you were a little kid with a dream like that you'd probably pee your pants too. (Not saying I did but it's probably very likely).
Anyways, what weird dreams have you all had? (I'm sure Jovi has one she'd LOVE to share to the readers).
You see, my friend Jovi and my cousin Lindsay and I all have weird dreams....we all sorta fit under those categories at the top. Don't forget to check out our blog, and follow please! Spread it around! :)

25 Questions

Dang, last post was December 30th. I'VE NEGLECTED MY POOR BLOG.
Hey, it's not all my fault. I've been busy doing this co-story with my best friend and my cousin. And I'm doing our middle school musical (Seussical the Musical! ...Junior.) and that's taking up plenty of afternoons. Yep.
Oh the things you can think....think and wonder and dream...far and wide as you dare....
Yep.

Well, on to the point of this blog. I shall do the 25 questions.

1.) Do you have any pets?
Yep...two toy poodles: Teddy and Tigger. (Yeah don't cha love their names?))

2.) Name 3 things that are physically close to you.
My Intensity phone. An empty can of Diet cherry Dr. Pepper. And...a black/blue polka dotted laptop desk. On my lap.

3.) What's the weather like right not?
According to a local weather station site, the temp is 34 with 59% humidity, 10mph winds, and clear sky (though it's dark now).

4.) Do you drive? If so, have you crashed?
No and no.

5.) What time did you wake up this morning?
I believe, like most mornings, I wake up around 6-6:15 but I don't get out of bed till like 6:30-6:40 ;)

6.) When was the last time you showered?
Last night, I believe.

7.) What was the last movie you saw?
The Muppets! :)

8.) What does your last text message say?

Ring. Ring Ring. Ring. Ring ring! RING RING! Ring ring.....RINGG!

10.) Have you ever been to a different country?
Nope...want to though. Going to Hawaii, though. That's over the ocean right?

11.) Do you like sushi?
Seafood...not really included in my diet so...can't say.

12.) Where do you buy your groceries?
I don't buy groceries, but my parents normally go to Walmart, Hyvee, Fareway...

And as they say in Spanish...no.

Fourteen in a month :)

Glasses...getting contacts soon.

18.) Do you color your hair?
Yep...twice. Strawberry blonde/bright auburn. Reddish colors. I might dye it back sometime.

19.) Tell me something that you are planning to do today.

20.) When was the last time you cried?
Well depends on "cried". Horrible crying probably in 2008 when I lost my 16 year old dog while on vacation...I cried a lot. I've had numerous mini cries though..just a few days ago. Or even this morning? Just kinda a little tears of anger or something. :P

Speaking of those 25 questions, we played that game with a sub in TAG class today after a test. She was a Kangaroo, but we didn't guess it. Hey, we got candy when we asked a question! 8D
